| | Details:Soulages - Berggruen, 1957. Original poster on Arches wove paper For his first solo exhibition of gouaches and printed works at the Berggruen Gallery in Paris, the artist created this early, magnificent lithograph in four colors. It is the third lithograph by Pierre Soulages and was created in the same year as the very first two (1957). Here one of the few copies on Arches wove paper, which were printed in addition to the approximately 500 copies on standard paper and the signed edition of 200.
