Untitled composition - 1957

Original lithograph by Zao Wou-Ki (Zaoh Wuji), printed in three colors (brown, stone grey and blue) for the art publication XXè siècle n°10 with the title "L'écriture plastique", published in 1958. Like many of his early works, it is a rather gloomy work, with a dark background that perfectly sets off the white signs and symbols. And, as always, without a title.

Paper:
One of 2,000 unsigned copies on smooth vélin paper printed for the book edition. An additional 60 copies were printed on Arches wove paper and signed by the artist.
